Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or enrolling in a Delta Wellness Collective membership, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services. These terms operate alongside the TRT Membership Agreement and the Add-On Services Agreement you sign at onboarding; where they conflict, the signed agreements govern.

Not medical advice

The content on this website is general health information, not medical advice, and it does not create a provider–patient relationship. That relationship begins only after a licensed provider reviews your intake and laboratory work and accepts you as a patient. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in Colorado at the time of your visit.
• You must provide accurate, complete health information. Withholding or falsifying information — including altering laboratory results — may result in immediate termination and, in the case of falsified results, referral to authorities.
• Treatment is never guaranteed. If a provider determines therapy is not appropriate for you, your membership is canceled and no further charges apply.

Prescriptions and pharmacy

Prescriptions are written at the sole discretion of your treating provider and are filled by licensed, FDA-registered United States pharmacies. Delta Wellness Collective does not dispense or ship medication. Certain peptide and compounded weight-loss medications are prescribed off-label and are not FDA-approved finished drug products; your provider will review the risks with you before you begin.

Memberships, billing, and cancellation

• A one-time $79 onboarding fee covers your initial comprehensive lab panel and first provider consultation.
• All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment, after which they continue month-to-month.
• Your card on file is charged automatically each billing cycle. A $25 fee applies to any failed payment.
• Cancel with at least 72 hours notice before your next refill date. Cancellations within the first 3 months incur a $99 fee plus the cost of any medication already in your possession.
• Medication that has shipped cannot be returned or refunded — federal law prohibits the resale of dispensed prescriptions.
• All services are cash-pay. We accept credit, debit, HSA, and FSA, and we do not bill insurance.

Shipping and lost packages

You are responsible for keeping your shipping address current. Report a missing or damaged item within 48 hours of delivery; every order is video-recorded during packaging. Replacements are issued only when the carrier is confirmed at fault.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your portal credentials or allow another person to use your account or medication.
• Do not copy, scrape, or republish content from this site without written permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, and design elements on this site are owned by Delta Wellness Collective or licensed to us, and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delta Wellness Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for professional medical care, which is governed by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising from them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a revision is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
