Programs start at $49/mo for sexual health, $99–$239/mo for TRT, $89/mo for anti-aging injections, and $249/mo for weight loss. Every patient begins with a one-time $79 onboarding fee covering the initial lab panel and first consultation. All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment, after which they continue month-to-month. Cash-pay only — HSA and FSA accepted, no insurance billing.
Absolutely. Log in to your patient portal any time to message your clinician, adjust your plan, or reschedule.
Yes. Every member signs the TRT Membership Agreement & Billing Disclosure, and anyone adding an optional service signs the Add-On Services Agreement & Billing Consent. Both are downloadable from any shop page and reviewed with your provider at onboarding.
Your provider reviews your intake form and lab results before prescribing. If treatment is not appropriate for you, your membership is canceled and no further charges apply. Refunds are not available once lab work has been ordered.
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. After that your membership continues month-to-month and can be canceled anytime with 72 hours notice before your next refill date. Cancelling within the first 3 months incurs a $99 fee plus the cost of any medication already in your possession. Medication already shipped cannot be refunded (federal law prohibits the return or resale of prescriptions), and a $99 lab fee applies if labs were already ordered for your next cycle.
Prescriptions are filled by licensed, FDA-registered U.S. compounding pharmacies or brand-name sources — Delta Wellness Collective does not dispense or ship directly. Every order is video-recorded during packaging, and you have 48 hours from delivery to report a missing item.
No. All services are cash-pay, with credit, debit, HSA, and FSA accepted. Your card on file is charged monthly, and a $25 fee applies to any failed payment.
Peptide therapy is off-label and cash-pay only, and compounded weight-loss medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. Weight-loss prescriptions require a BMI evaluation and health screening, and every protocol is supervised by your provider.
